A blocked dryer vent increases the risk of fire and restricts airflow, which can reduce efficiency, affect performance, and increase energy use.

FIRE RISK

Your AC condensate line carries moisture away from the AC unit in the attic. During hot Texas months, algae can clog the line, leading to overflow and water damage.

WATER DAMAGE
EXPENSIVE REPAIRS

Removing debris from gutters helps prevent water from overflowing, which can contribute to wood rot, damaged gutters, foundation problems, mold, and landscape erosion.

HIGHER ENERGY COSTS

Reduced air flow causes increased energy use and higher bills. It also puts extra strain on the compressor and fan motors causing overheating and early part failure.

We designed our plan to last 1 hour and 15 minutes, leaving extra time at the end of each visit for help around the house. After we wrap up the scheduled maintenance, about 30 minutes typically remain for help with your to-do list.

Help With Your To-Do List Every Month.

Your extra time can be used for a variety of everyday household tasks. Here are just a few examples of how we can help:
  • Changing light bulbs

  • Moving boxes

  • Rearranging small furniture

  • Assembling household items
